These terms apply when you use micromodefarm.com or buy from micromode. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

• An order is confirmed only when we reply to confirm it on WhatsApp. Until then, prices and availability shown on the website may change.
• Microgreens are a fresh, living crop. Weight per pack may vary slightly, and if a variety is not ready on your delivery day we will offer a similar green or adjust your bill.
• Custom boxes and varieties we don't regularly grow are sown to order. We'll tell you the expected first delivery date and confirm the price before we start.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and currently include delivery unless stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions are charged per month for 4 weekly deliveries. One-time orders are charged per order.
• We accept UPI and cash on delivery. Card and netbanking payments will be added later through a licensed payment gateway.
• Hotel, restaurant, office and bulk prices are quoted separately and confirmed in writing.

Subscriptions

You can pause a week, swap your box or cancel by messaging us on WhatsApp before your delivery day. See our refunds and cancellations policy for what happens to the remaining weeks.

Food safety and use

micromode is registered with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI Reg. No. 21326133002802). Our greens are grown without pesticides. Please wash them before eating and keep them refrigerated. Information on our website about nutrition is general information, not medical advice. If you have an allergy or a medical condition, check with your doctor before changing your diet.

Classes, kits and website content

Details of classes and grow kits will be published before they open. The text, photos, recipes, logo and the micromode™ name on this website belong to micromode and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.

Liability

We take care to deliver safe, fresh produce on time. Our responsibility for any order is limited to replacing it or refunding the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
