Privacy policy

Last updated 31 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information micromode collects when you visit micromodefarm.com or order from us, and how we use it.

What we collect

Order details you send us. When you order, your WhatsApp message contains your name, phone number, area, delivery address, preferred delivery day and any notes.
Enquiries. If you request a chef sample, office pricing or a class place, we receive the details you type into that message.
Payment details. If you pay by UPI, we see the payer name, UPI ID and amount that your payment app shares. We never see or store your card numbers, UPI PIN or bank passwords. Online card payments, when we add them, will be handled by a licensed payment gateway such as Razorpay under its own privacy policy.
Your cart. The items in your cart are saved only in your own browser so they're still there when you return. They are not sent to us until you send your order.

Our website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

How we use it

To prepare, deliver and confirm your orders and subscriptions
To contact you about your delivery, a change to your order, or a quality issue
To send updates you asked for, such as class dates or the grow kit launch. You can ask us to stop at any time.
To keep invoices and records required by law, including FSSAI and tax rules

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share only what is needed with our delivery partners to deliver your order, and with payment providers to process payments. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as the law requires for accounting and food-safety purposes. You can ask us to delete other information, such as your class-list entry, at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by messaging us. We'll reply within 7 working days.
